Purpose

Provides:

1. A template data/field mapping spreadsheet template
2. A document providing data mapping practice recommendations

Setup

The user places the archive file in an appropriate folder and unloads it.

Requirements

Software for opening and using an Excel spreadsheet 

7-Zip, WinZip, PKZIP or similar software to unload the provided ZIP file

Adobe Acrobat reader for use of data mapping recommendations document.
