A readable outline of Deming's approach to management.  Begins with a short section outlining Deming's history and important overall features of Deming's approach.  Then discusses each of Deming's well-known 14 Points for Management.  These points outline broad principles which Deming claims are of top importance for excellence in management results.  It is important to note that Deming's suggestions coordinate very well with the psychological literature on human motivation and learning.
