Clients represent the customer commissioning a project

Projects

Project records represent an individually contracted and managed set of work tasks. A project often is targeted towards completion of a predefined work project as the primary goal.

Project Edit (Contact) tab
For editing or adding a single record, with contact information for client representative
Project Edit (Task) tab
For editing or adding a single record, with details of standard tasks set up for use with the edited project

Report Preview

This area of the database is designed to facilitate specification of records characterizing work on a project or group of projects over a specified time period. Invoices and similar reports are typically generated here

These forms allow the user to alter basic aspects of database setup

Time Periods

Time period records are used to store information about a single contiguous time period used to work on a single project task

Time Period Edit
For editing or adding a single record. Accessed from time period selection display form or report preview form.
